• Payment in full is required.

• Weekly/Monthly guest payments  are due in full on or before the same day of arrival each week/month.

• Payments can be made using a personal check or cash. On-line payments can also be made via e-check or credit card. Credit card payment may be assessed a convenience fee per transaction.

• Any balance past due will be charged a 'Past Due Fee' of $15 each day the balance is past due.

• Any returned payments will be charged a 'Returned Payment Fee' of $35. 

• All payments are non-refundable.

Damages

• $100 minimum repair charge for damage to any utility connections.

• Any damages caused by guests or their visitors will be billed to the guest.

• Morrison Creek Cabins is not responsible for loss or damage to any guest’s or visitor’s property due to theft, vandalism, fire, accidents, or any act of God.

• Guests assume all risk of loss and are responsible for carrying their own insurance.
